Alert: If you are having issues accessing your assessment and you are seeing a close date error message on your screen, this may be because the assessment has closed. To confirm this is the issue, please follow the steps below.

1. If you are required to access the Tazio Platform to sit your assessment you may receive an email with a link in.

If so, please navigate to the assessment link that you received in your invite email.


Your link may look similar to one of these.


https://(Employer Name).tazio24.com/12345
https://(Employer Name).tazio24.com/portal

(The end will either be a series of numbers or will say portal )

2. You can see this error message on the screen.

3. If you can see this message when logging into your assessment platform, it means your assessment has reached it's close date and you can no longer access it. Please contact your recruiter/recruitment team directly and they will be able to advise you on what can be done.

Alert: Please note, Tazio cannot assist with these queries as we are the Technology providers and cannot amend assessment end dates.
